The Position
This leadership role involves managing, optimizing, and scaling our day-to-day operations to align with the company’s growth objectives. You will play a key role in implementing our vision, managing projects, and ensuring that all teams are aligned and performing at their best. Experience in operations management and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.
Who:
The ideal fit for this position is a highly organized and strategic leader with a strong background in operations management, ideally within the digital marketing or home services industries. This person should have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, managing multiple projects, and driving growth initiatives.
They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, and the ability to oversee diverse teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a focus on process improvement, and a commitment to the company's mission and core values are essential.
Potential:
As mentioned previously, Fused Media is a newer company (3 years old), which may scare some. But to the right person, they see the long term potential of being an All Star player with a company that is here to stay! Location:
This position is 100% remote.
Pay:
$80,000 salary
Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs

Qualifications:
- Align with our Core Values
- Highly self motivated
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in digital marketing field
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience with data tracking systems and process optimization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tests very high as an “integrator” in Rocket Fuel EoS test
- Extremely detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to track, manage & achieve KPIs
